CHANGE HEATING ELEMENT - MANUAL

HAKKO FR830 PRE HEATER.
The FR830 PreHeater is a compact and low cost solution to preheating printed
circuit boards.
It delivers consistent heat to the bottom of the printed circuit board.
It is particularly beneficial when soldering Lead Free assemblies.
The temperature range is between 150°C - 300°C.
It has closed loop temperature control. Totally safe ESD design.
An optional Extension Pipe (B3263) extends the airflow an additional 27mm.
It has a port that allows it to be activated by a hand switch or foot switch.
IMPORTANT OPERATION INSTRUCTION.
PLEASE NOTE!
Please keep a gap between the hot air outlet and the PWB
of more than 10mm to allow the air to flow.
When there is not enough space for the air to flow,
the fuse and/or heating element may fail.
