To lock it, simply insert the hexagon wrench into the
lower hole and tighten the hexagon screw clockwise.

To unlock, simply insert the hexagon wrench into the
lower hole and loosen the hexagon screw anticlockwise.

Do not touch the upper hexagon screw as it
holds the temperature control knob on.
